What does the 2 year full warranty cover?

Our full, 2 year warranty covers your entire handcrafted computer system. Any damages that it sustains during ownership, whether hardware or software, and due to our error, is covered by our warranty.

Items not covered include but are not limited to aftermarket mods, overclocking errors, general physical negligence, and general software negligence.

How long does it take for my build to be commissioned and shipped?

Every Elegan system is handcrafted to order by your assigned artisan. Please allow approximately 10-14 business days for this meticulous build and validation process before your system is dispatched.
